Join us as we present a special lunch in our winemaker series and we invite Friuli’s Paolo Vodopivic to share his knowledge, his wine, and his passion for his art with just 22 companions. It’ll be an intimate gathering of wine-lovers who will learn about the tiny region of Corso, ancient techniques such as Anfora, and experience Vodopivic’s unusually structured and divine white wines and thrilling reds. This lunch will give participants the opportunity to enjoy Chef Kevin Sippel’s take on Friulian cuisine, including his signature Butternut Squash and Bone marrow Cjalsons. Vodopivic’s wines are rare enough; rarer still is the opportunity to enjoy them with their maker. It’s a lunch that is sure to transport, delight and awaken your senses, your passions and your love of wine.
