From the small appellation of Coteaux de Pierrevert located in the Provençal Alps, this delicious rosé is equal parts direct press Grenache and Cinsault, blended with 20% Vermentino and 10% Syrah, both saignée method; perched 1,400 feet above sea level, the thirty-year-old, southeastern-facing, organically tended vines grow in shallow clay-limestone soil on bedrock, adding minerality to the wine.
