Join us as we play host to Franco Conterno on one special night in our Studio del Gusto. Listen to the winemaker’s thoughts on his recent vintages, enjoy the company of other wine lovers like yourself, and dine on a sumptuous five-course dinner—all while enjoying Conterno’s legendary wines. This dinner will showcase the recent releases of Conterno Bussiador, Il Favot, and Cicala, as well as provide an opportunity to enjoy two vintages of the estate’s Barolo Riserva Granbussia, some of the greatest Barolos every produced, along with several other Conterno wines, ten in total. Chat with Franco as you enjoy dishes from our own Chef Kevin Sippel, including his Butternut Squash filled Pasta with Braised Rabbit; his Mangalista Sirloin, Cabbage, Sausage with Roasted Leeks; and his Braised Short Rib, Black Truffle and Chestnut. This dinner follows the tradition of our other winemaker dinners with luminary producers like Marta Rinaldi of Rinaldi, Ales Kristancic of Movia, and Piero Incisa della Rochetta of Bodega Chacra and Sassicaia.
