Seductive smokiness, a nose of dusty rose, mouth-watering acidity and gorgeous fistfuls of ripe fruit make this Chianti Classico a winsome charmer. Fresher than fresh and twice as food-friendly, this is a wine you want to have for dinner at home on a Friday night.

Le Corti Estate comprises fifty hectares of vineyards, which mainly southern facing and slope towards the Terzona torrent, an affluent of the Pesa River. The agricultural estate is located on ancient alluvial soils at an altitude which varies from 220 to 350 meters above sea level. The terrain has good fertility with excellent drainage. Vines are trained in a spurred cordon cultivation system so as to benefit from the earth's warmth. Grapes are fermented and aged in seventeenth century cellars located just beneath the garden.
