In Stock
Price: $18.99
Special Price: $9.99
Bright pink in the glass, this ’15 bottling offers electric elegance, bursting with red berries and citrus fruits, spice and wildflowers. Dry and fleshy, this Marcillac rosé offers bitter cherry and raspberry flavors, making it perfect for wine-lovers looking for a fruit-driven wine reminiscent of a Pinot Noir rosé. This mono-varietal Fer Servadou, called “Mansois” locally, grows on steep terraces with red clay soils just west of Rodez in Languedoc, on a hillside terrace at 1,000-1,600 feet above sea level. Domaine Laurens, organic and family owned and operated, harvests its Fer Servadou by hand in early October, destemming, pressing, and using the saignée method to craft its deep cherry rosé.
