we're delighted to highlight an IWM exclusive, the Bordeaux-style blend
Iugum from Trentino-Alto Adige's Peter Dipoli, a winemaker who brings
an intellectual savvy to his winemaking practice.
As well as Didier Dagueneau (Pouilly Fume), Edmund Vatan (Sancerre), Francois
Cotat (Sancerre), and Pascal Cotat (Sancerre) are the master producers
of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Their production numbers are
small, and our allocation smaller--for many of these cult producers and
their single-vineyard wines, IWM receives just two cases; production of
these cru bottlings are miniscule and demand outweighs supply.
