La Fornace is a very small, family owned estate, with its origins dating back to the 18th Century. Today, the estate is owned by the great grandson of Fabio Giannetti, Fabio Giannetti, Jr., who is 27 years old. Fabio Jr. studied Enology and since 1994, has assumed responsibility for all work in the winery and vineyard.
