The 2015 vintage is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with a portion of still red wine added for color and complexity. Aged for nearly a decade before release, it opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, blood orange, and rose petals, followed by delicate brioche and almond notes from extended lees contact. The palate is elegant and precise, showing vibrant acidity, creamy texture, and a chalky mineral backbone. A refined and gastronomic rosé Champagne with aging potential.
