The 2021 Les Clos opens with a pale golden hue and an aromatic spectrum of orange blossom, lemon zest, pear, crushed oyster shell and faint white truffle. On the palate it delivers piercing acidity, a crystalline mineral spine and fine‑grain texture—flavours of yellow apple, wet stone, saline extract and white pepper swirl together in harmony. Mid‑palate complexity brings hints of chalk, white flowers and subtle spice, while the value of the magnum format adds depth and resonance to the finish.
