The 2018 Andremily Grenache is rich, opulent, and deeply seductive—rough and refined in perfect tension. It’s built on 80% Grenache, with 14% Mourvèdre and 6% Syrah, coming from the combination of Alta Mesa, Larner, and Kimsey vineyards. Aged ~21 months (50% in new French barrique / demi‑muids; rest in used barrels), the wine offers lush black and blue fruits, licorice, balsamic dark herbs, pepper, and dark chocolate. The tannins are ripe yet present, texture expansive, finish long and resonant. It shows power without heaviness, complexity without pretension. “World‑class Grenache all the way,” with enough backbone to cellar for 10‑15 years. 

Andremily is a standout producer from Santa Barbara County, California, known for crafting Grenache and Rhône‑style blends with heart and precision. Their vineyards include standout sites such as Alta Mesa, Larner, and Kimsey, each contributing unique soils and microclimates to the final blend.
