Tenute Dettori is a family-run estate consisting of 33 hectares of land, situated in the Sennori countryside of Sardegna. Alessandro Dettori does not follow the market. To understand the wines of Dettori, one must understand the land upon which the vines grow. On the hills of Sennori, the vineyards and olive groves rest at an altitude of 250 metres above sea level, the soil composition is calcareous. Today's vineyards are the same as they were in the past. Vines are dry-farmed and no artificial products are utilized in the winemaking; all processing is carried out manually and organically by the family in both the vineyard and the cellar.
