Aromas of dark cherry, plum, leather, incense, and tobacco promise depth, while tasters such as Kerin O’Keefe detect pine forest, dark spice, new leather, and truffle. On the palate, expect refined tannins, pomegranate, star anise, and citrus lift—delivering a brooding, richly textured expression that’s seductive yet structured. Critics across the board awarded high scores: Jeb Dunnuck and Kerin O’Keefe each rated it 96, with Wine Advocate and Antonio Galloni giving 94+ and 94 respectively.
